1 on 1 sessions: $75/hour
One on one sessions are exactly that. Offered exclusively at Iron Nation Fitness in Grande Prairie, AB, you will be trained by myself, with direct focus on any and all exercises. Questions are encouraged, the more the better. This is all about education to ensure your success. We will work on everything including exercise education, proper body mechanics when lifting, form correction, proper muscle activation, and any other areas you may be struggling with. Even if you’re already an experienced lifter, maybe all it will take to smash your next deadlift PR is a little tweak to your form and a second set of eyes to catch a strength imbalance you may not have noticed. Let’s find out.
12 week workout program: $350
This is your best option if all you’re after is a sense of direction in the gym. I will tailor a workout program to you based on your level of experience, goals, and access to equipment. The program will consist of 3 phases lasting 4 weeks each, with the exercises getting progressively more advanced and challenging to ensure maximal progress. It will also include and in depth write-up on the most productive way to follow the program: an instruction manual so to speak. No check-ins, no tracking, no one breathing over your shoulder for 12 weeks. Enjoy your program at your own pace on your own time. Feel free to contact at any point during your program if there are any questions or changes you require. This is all about what works for you.
12 week coaching package: $450
If you are looking to take your training to the next level, here’s your opportunity. It includes a personalized 12 week workout program, 1 free one on one session, plus weekly check-ins to monitor your progress. During those check-ins we can go over progress photos (these are optional), how your training has progressed, elements that you like or dislike, and where your mind is at.
nutrition coaching: $250
Perhaps you’ve already got a solid gym routine, you know what you’re doing, been consistent for years, and you’d like to step it up and get your nutrition in check. We’re here to help. With the Nutrition Coaching package, we can discuss what your current diet looks like, then do the proper calculations to determine what your calorie count should be, adjust your macronutrients depending on your goals, and ensure you’re fueling your body properly. We can look at your vitamin and mineral intake, as well as make sure you’re choosing the proper supplements to fit your lifestyle and training regimen.
